Sarkodie Meets Nana Akufo-Addo...As He Receives 100 Most Influential Honour

Sarkodie meets Nana Addo
After expressing his anger and frustration on social media about the ongoing ‘dumsor’ phenonium in Ghana, he had a reason to smile when he met opposition leader and 2016 presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Akufo-Addo at the recently held e-TV Ghana 100 Most Influential People In Ghana event in Accra.

The “inflation” Rapper was among the most 100 influential Ghanaians in the year 2014. Founder and head pastor of the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC), Dr. Mensa Otabil, beat Nana Addo to attain the top-most spot out of 99 others in the Ghana Most Influential Awards.

The results put together by eTV-Ghana were obtained after they sampled votes from a cross-section of Ghanaians.

The Ghana Most Influential Awards is an annual event organized by the station to recognize Ghanaians who have made a great impact on the Ghanaian society during the year under review.

Others who made the list of Influential people include; President John Dramani Mahama (25th), Citi FM’s Bernadinho Korku Avle, Former Attorney General, Martin Amidu, BET award winner, Sarkodie, Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale among others.
